Architects and Development Consultants

First established in 1965 J.A.P Architects is a chartered practice registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and the Architects’ Registration Board (ARB).

We are based in Clare, an historic rural town situated in Suffolk, close to the Essex and Cambridgeshire borders.

Practicing as Architects and Development Consultants we undertake a full range of architectural services for residential and commercial clients and are privileged to have worked with clients on a wide variety of projects.

We undertake work on these projects through a broad scope of services that are customised to clients’ aspirations and key objectives and informed by the constraints and opportunities of the site.

We offer a free initial consultation where we meet with clients to discuss their requirements, offer outline advice and establish the general scope of work and involvement required. We follow up with a detailed letter setting out a strategy for addressing the main issues essential to delivering the project, together with a detailed Schedule of Services and Fees.
